Alden P. "Dennis" Young co-founded and was President/CEO of Young, Clark & Associates, Inc., a training and consulting firm established in 1983. YCA Inc. specialized in project planning and control for clients in a broad spectrum of industries, applications and corporate/national cultures. Prior to the sale of YCA, Inc. to an employee group in late 2005, YCA achieved revenues approaching $10M per year. After the sale, YCA Inc. was rebranded as Project Success Inc., and Mr. Young remained with PSI through 2012, serving as a consultant, instructor, and client executive. Corporate clients of YCA Inc. and PSI include: AT&T/BeII SOUTH, Bank of America, Boeing/McDonnell Douglas, Caterpillar, CB Richard Ellis, Coca-Coca, Delta Air Lines, Disney, Experian, FPL Group/Next ERA, Jones Lang LaSalle, Maxim Integrated Products, Marriott, Southern Company, TRW, Turner Broadcasting/Properties, Woodward Governor, and YUM!. Mr. Young is currently CEO/Principal Consultant for YCA LLC.

Mr. Young’s high energy style, results oriented approach, and vast project experiences combine to provide unique effectiveness in training, consulting, and client relations. Prior to founding YCA Inc., Mr. Young held various corporate management positions for companies in the steel and mining industries. He has directed: manufacturing operations including a multi-plant engineering department, productivity improvement / cost control programs, facility startups, capital budgeting processes, and use of automated manufacturing systems. He is a graduate of University of Virginia with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and earned an MBA and MS in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University. Mr. Young has instructed graduate and undergraduate courses at Georgia State University and The Citadel. He has addressed conventions and group meetings on various business and project management topics.
